  This is so good.💯♥️💯♥️
  Blackberry with a little red cherry, some earthiness, leather, pepper, 5 spice and cloves. Palate has lots of depth red plums, then come the blackberries, smooth tannins nice and fresh and lovely long finish, with a little savouriness, spice and fruit. Absolutely delicious. This cost the princely sum of only £21 @laywheeler on release. Well worth seeking out to try and #giveanewwineago #burgundynick 90 points

  2ieme bouteille, bien supérieure à la première. 1.5an plus tard, l'acidité est maintenant digérée, et les tannins domptés et plus soyeux. Il met un bon 2 heures a s'ouvrir, mais présente maintenant un bel équilibre.
  Le fruit est moins présent au nez, au profit de pain grillé, et une pointe de réglisse. En bouche, c'est léger mais fin. Peut être en période un peu fermée, mais tout de même bien bon. La dernière sera bu l'hiver prochain.

  Indéniablement de qualité et intéressant, pas mal plus léger qu'anticipé, épices et poivre blanc, pas super long, je ne vois pas beaucoup de potentiel de garde vu la matière un peu ténue.

  Un très beau nez sur les épices, les fleurs, les fruits rouges frais et les pierres chaudes. En bouche c'est rond et complexe, mais encore tannique et un peu trop acide. Alcool intégré. Longueur moyenne. À revoir dans 2 ans.
