  Light red appearance with lovely orange watery rim. Stronger nose on this one...manure, raspberry sorbet, faint minerality and creamy cheese, evolved to a very strong dill. A lighter mouthfeel with good structure. Palate was simpler than the nose for me, cherry first then raspberry and a bit of minerality on the finish. A couple hours in to the evening, this one was fading, but in to strawberry and roses.
