N: VERY slightly muted/closed; citrusy, poss apples; poss the lemongrass the label mentions? With air/warmth, notes of green olives
P: MF, poss Med, body; Nice frt on front buttressed by mid palate acidity, this BUILDING through the early part of the INCREDIBLY long finish, then slowly, SEAMLESSLY tapering off to an ultimately MOST pleasant finish. [With air/warmth, ALMOST a rndness on entry.] Personally, this was one of THE finest CA Sauvignon Blancs I can recollect tasting, & I **quite** agree with BARON SLICK's [below], "A complete wine." However, 1/2 of the purchasers of this would NOT have repurchased based upon this bottle currently as she felt there was not enough fruit for the structure. So, not NECESSARILY a style for at least SOME aficionados of CA S.B.s. :( 14.1% ABV

Very nice smooth fine blanc. Lemon, citrus and apple on the palate. Enjoyable white wine that pairs nicely with cheese, chicken and seafood.

One of the best wineries for white wine. Light, balanced, nuanced. A very nice wine.
