My favorite Bitouzet Perrieres yet. This definitely benefited from air (though wasn't particularly reductive), but was an interesting mix - a bit tropical on the nose, with more typical Meursault pineapple notes, but then very precise and linear on the finish, which is more typical of the Bitouzet on the signature. A fun wine.

These wines are always on the leaner side for Meursault, and this is still a bit young but very good - clean and precise. I'd like some more fruit on this, but the QPR remains high. That said, my last two 2010s of this were premoxed, so........

Very reductive. After 20 min decanter and swirling in the glass it began to show more. Good structure and density, medium weight, good lively fruit. Nice tingling finish. Clearly Meursault thought don’t quite see Perrieres yet. Needs 2-3 years to emerge further before revisiting.
