Pop and pour after decant. Minimal sediment. Lovely bouquet right out of the bottle. Good acidity. Medium body. Great length on the finish, but some tartness. Continued to improve with more air.

Medium garnet. Expressive nose of sweet spices, red current, some earthy components. The palate is medium bodied, good volume, a bit too tart on the finish preventing a 95 score.

Tasted at a big Lucien Le Moine Tasting with approximately 30 wines.
Next to 2010 and 2012 this feels even fresher than 2010, but also a little less powerful than 2012. Sexy notes of sweet raspberries, red currant, crushed flowers, tobacco, also some sweet spices and underwood. It's medium-full bodied (closer to medium) with impeccable freshness and tension, high acidity and medium-high tannin that is silky and perfectly balanced. Fantastic length with plenty of mineral tension. I kind of like this even better than 2012...

Candied fruit nose. Wide open palate but slightly lean. Very enjoyable.

Expressive nose and red fruit and spice. Medium body and nice balance. Just a little tart. Drank this too quickly.
