If I'd tasted it blind I might have pegged it as a decent Beaune villages wine. Quite light, a bit rustic, dried cherry and some herbal perfume, high acidity. The finish was hollow.

Grapey and heavy for a Beaujolais , tannic finish, not my type of wine, drank with ravioli and scallops, have another bottle so I will drink again, love good Beaujolais but need to be careful in selecting which ones to drink, 2013 was not a good vintage.

Wow, different than last bottle, austere, earthy, not much bouquet, will wait for the 2015, won't drink this vintage again, drank with swordfish.

Drinking beautifully. It seems more Pinot than Gamay. I really liked it.

Smokey cherry on the nose with sweat cedary black current and a mineral finish. Drink over the next couple of years
