Well, either this opened up or we had the right food with it or we decanted it long enough, because it was delicious tonight with pasta w/eggplant & goat cheese.

Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering with Luca Carrado pouring. Black cherry, shoe polish and some metallic notes on the nose. On the palate this is soft but with some structure and depth. Somewhat dry finish.
