Popped to celebrate the eclipse! Big nose brimming with toasted brioche slathered in cling peaches, yellow apple and pit fruit preserves. Piecrust. Full Bodied this is rich and intense with loads of lemon curd and apricot. Finishes with a long, crushed oyster shell finish. Fantastic and young. Should age well. 93

E&R Champagne night (E&R Wines, Portland OR): The nose is balanced and fragrant with peaches, bosc pears, red apples, jasmine, white flowers, red berries, biscuits, toast, and some baking spices. There is good depth here with an open-knit style that shows off decent complexity. The Medium bodied feel shows off the balance of the nose along with tart, high acidity. This is consistently good and a constant value in Champagne that doesn't attempt to be anything that it is not.

reddish hue, deeply colored. on the nose very Verzenay with iron'y red fruited aroma with minerals and flowers... no barrique influence, moderate lees influence. on the palate high acids, fleshy and creamy midpalate, firmish end palate, low alcohol. well balanced wine with ok length, great intensity, good complexity. has finesse and very good expression of place. i'd drink this up, very creamy and friendly PN based champagne. loved it

Nice complexity on the nose and palate from the get-go: lemon curd, lemon zest, flint, heavy cream, some orange blossom and nice florals. There is some chewiness but nice mineral and acidic drive. The finish is a little short and it’s not a mind-bender but good QPR and enjoyable all around.
