Mature black cherry, leather, meat, earth. Beautiful bouquet, nice finish. Had a little bitterness which resolved within 40 minutes following decanting. No bricking and bright deep red color. Seems like it has some years left, perhaps with further maturing. But, if it merely levels off at this stage for a few years, it will make me very happy.
