Red fruit and a touch of mint but not a huge way. About 20% amarone fruit from the Serpico. The idea for the amarone process is that Aussie Cabernet usually is a bit of a donut compared to Shiraz and so the Amarone process fills that in.

Delicious, weighty aussie style, no sweetness, interesting amarone hint, well done. Better than other years I've tried. No sulphite issues.
