Great wine - on the lighter side - but also kind of profound and especially elegant. Had it on a x-mas beef filet = excellent ! Before, it has been decanted for 1,5 hours. I would not recommend to keep this one longer than 2021, it‘s perfect now. Price paid approx. $ 36. Acustic Celler seems to be a serious producer, which wines are really fun and not too heavy !

A 100% Garnacha, with lots of expression and character. The wine is the aged for a period of 13 months in lightly toasted french oak barrels. Aromas of plum, blackberry and prune with notes of eucalyptus. A full-bodied wine, velvety tannins, ripe fruit with hints of subtle cedar, dried fruit and balsamic notes.

Red and dark fruit. Ver fresh but wild. Tannins seem well integrated, acid is balanced. Short term candidate for remaining bottle. Drank very well..

Sweet red fruit, firm, nice contrasting acidity, juiciness, gets too heavy when it warms up in the glass
