Lovely aromatics on this white burgundy, Saint Aubin. With primary aromas like Acacia, lemon, orange peel, lychee, melon and even bell pepper. And Secondary with vanilla, brioche and charred wood. On the palate, it has medium acidity and low alcohol to the feeling. Body medium and the finish is medium +. Overall, this wine is amazing, and the ripe fruit makes it even more pleasant. Also, this wine opens up after it sits in the glass for a while, so it needs decanting.

Similar to our note in November 2015, but, as expected, more evolved and integrated. Bright, still rather floral; Beautiful balance and fine acidity. Very enjoyable over three nights.

A bit advance, dark gold, bruised apple, showing a fair amount of oak

Fine Vines Fall 2016 Portfolio Tasting (Fine Vines - Melrose Park IL): Tasting, brief note. Ripe fruit with good density and balance. Great value wine. Great value wine, I liked it as much as the pricier Chassagne la Garenne,
