  Blind tasting. Brown and yellow hue. Nose complex of coffee wallnuts, toasted , Suze spirit. Mouth mineral lightly sweat reducted, high acidity, with tannins, flavors of quinina, vermouth wet wood and perhaps coke ? Excellent and powerfull. Quite masculin for me. Perfect match with guarana chocolate mouss.
