  刚开瓶的第一杯就出现了令人震撼的香气，整体状态可称完美。奔放而艳丽，极富冲击力，带有着龙涎香混合入线香的意味，中正中带着相当的野性，中段似有若无的苹果和柑橘香（杯中的酒轻晃，10分钟后果味会明晰一些），紧接着衔接上后段大量的白花精油，稍微晃一下杯子，一点点板栗、漂浮的奶香、星星点点的芝麻香此起彼伏，后段还带有一丝通透纵贯的冷凉和矿物感，像是香水一样，要把你吞噬在香气之中，梦幻级别的香气，那种勃发的充盈感，仿佛在炫耀自身的实力。入口感觉较香气略逊，架构、内容和纵深感上上比Les Perrières小上一圈，酸度高而充盈，连同萃取感轻轻触碰着口腔壁，整体显得有些小鸟依人。苹果、油桃和一些矿物感，曼妙地在口腔中延伸。
  
  每一次闻杯口，似乎都有不同的香气，它在龙涎香、麝香和檀香组成的高级香料感主调中不断变换着自身，时而出现极其立体具象的橘子糕，与龙涎香缠绕在一起。一个半小时瓶醒则变得飘逸，仿佛春日时节，随着香气行进，鲜花一朵朵绽放，触人心扉。而醒酒器中的则类似弥漫着奶香的花园，生机勃勃。此时口感一直保持。
  
  两个小时左右，仿佛进入夏天，轻咬一口从冰箱里拿出来的青苹果，汁水迸溅，奶香随之扩散开来。口感似乎也明朗了不少，酸度活跃起来，伴随着口中青苹果、柠檬、油桃的汁水感，酒体宽度有所提升，收尾也拉长了一些。
  
  两个半小时，色调进入秋天，略带暗色，似乎红叶交加，遮蔽了阳光，蜂蜜和淡淡的烟熏，构成了略带炊烟的丰润和温馨。口感也变得圆润饱满起来，成熟的苹果、柑橘和麦芽糖，还带着微微的矿物，回甘非常好。
  
  三个多小时后，它出现了与Coche-Dury Meusault 1er Les Perrières 2016类似的清冷感，但其不绝尘，乃是人间之冬，冰清玉洁。口感也随之变化，变得有些清冽起来，干净优雅而修长，算是很棒的收尾。97-98/100

  Has some petrol reduction and the sun drenched fruit quality of the vintage along with masses of Coche dry extract. It is deep, dense and sappy, with explosive power and a touch of hazelnut cream and some aniseed. It is so long on the finish and far too young but we enjoyed it thoroughly.

  Decanted to serve. Very similar nose as the 2015 Meursault with that coche gun powder, stone, minerals and flint. Raphael’s style is clearly more reductive than his father’s style which is good for a ripe vintage like 2015. Compared to the 15 village, it showed more depth and substance but it did not show as much as the village. Good potential. 93+

  Lemon, gunpowder, citrus, white orchard fruit. Great linearity and spicy finish in a very refined wine. 94+

  Drank next to the 15 Meursault. This is so much more elegant and floral. The Meursault is ripe and extracted and heavy from the oak. This is refined, uplifted so floral and no noticeable oak. Ultra classy and very unexpected for the vintage. Crazy long finish. It’s like drinking elegant liquid jasmine perfume. More Coche Corton Charlemagne than Meursault Perrieres.
