2 weeks in Australia with a stopover in Singapore; 6/14/2019-7/1/2019 (Singapore, Sydney, Adelaide, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills): From the wine list at the Four Seasons Bar (Singapore) - a new one for me Pinot Nero Blanc. Nose was minimal. On the palate this was pretty lean and racy with lots of minerals. Tasted almost Chablis like. Very refreshing given the hot weather, but not particularly memorable.

Light in style, with subtle but refreshing flavors; lightly oaked. Excellent with food, especially peppers and tomatoes.
A white wine from the Pinot Noir grape. Fresh and vibrant. Tastes and smells like Pinot Noir.
