Much improved and more developed over the last 2-1/2 years. Comprised of 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, sourced from six Grand Cru Villages, fermented in stainless, aged for six years prior to disgorgement, with 2g/L of residual sugar. Medium gold color, full bodied. Subdued but persistent froth and tiny bubbles, plenty of autolytic characteristics, high acidity, and a fresh, but taut mouthfeel. Raspberries, cherries, red apples, mixed citrus, brioche, tangy ginger, and chalky mineral flavor profile. Finishes long and satisfying. Versatile food wine, will pair with a variety of fish, shellfish, sushi based entrees. Great QPR at less than $40 USD. Enjoyed with sautéed sea scallops in a cream based spicy Cajun sauce which worked well with both the acidity and the flavors.

Fresh butter, little red fruits at the back, yeast, white orchard fruit, creamy, soft, with a citrusy finish. It could use just a bit more oompf though.

Recent Garagiste arrival, not sure of the disgorgement. Strong QPR for sure, not the most complex Champagne of all time but delivers on balance and finish. 90-91.

Nice bubbles. Light citrus fruits and yeast notes. Good for the price for sure.
