IMHO there are better Zins at this price point. Maybe I held it too long, as i found it lacking in the boldness of typical Zin flavor & a very short finish. I was best on day two. Color was a nice deep purple.
P: Med, poss MF, body; Almost swtish frt met by some mid-P structure; LONG, spicy, VERY slightly astringent finish. Should be fine now with food, but could well improve into late Spring '18. NICE QPR @ this vendor's $13.99, which doesn't seem to be available ANYWHERE as of mid-July 2018. 92 pts & "Editors' Choice" from WE @ $20.

Spice, cherry aromas, big and full. Nice balance of cherry and warmth on the pallet. Tasty, perfect with a Bettega pizza from Skipolini's in
Clayton

Big sweet Rye inflected zinfandel. Good stuff. Shakes it out at $17 or so.
