  Popped and poured. Broken cork. Opened up and integrated nicely over a couple hours. Was worried it would be old and decrepit, but she's still got some life left in her. Nice acidity, red fruit, fairly balanced, twinge of funk. Drinking nicely.

  What a delight and perhaps unlike most St Innocent wines I have had... nose was deep and fruity, almost sweet... some called it pretty... color in the glass was a bit subdued, not over-aged, just mature... and then the taste was very juicy, all soft and cuddly, almost hard to define since so much fruit sweetness was there. the kind of wine you look at and just say "wow, that is just good".

  I've got to start off by saying this is a ridiculously good wine, definitely my favorite single-vineyard St. Innocent, and possibly my favorite burgundian-style wine in the new world. It's a steal for the price.
  
  Light ruby color. Very, very vivid nose of forest floor, spice, dried cherries and bacon. Light to medium body with fine acidity on the palate. I hesitate to put a duration on the finish, I feel like I can still taste this wine a day later, it's almost as if it had hacked my memory. Seven years seems to be the magic mark for drinking this.

  Nose of barnyard and roses. Velvety on the palate with notes of bacon, earth, spices, flowers, cherries and raspberries. Spicy finish with the flower and mineral notes.
