Full of apple and lemon fruit notes. Energetic and fresh with acidity and light-handed oak. There's enough body and subtle notes all the way to the finish to keep this plenty interesting.

Medium bodied yellow pee colored Chardonnay. Green apples. Did I say green apples yet?! Tart acidity with some layers of citrus fruit and hints of minerality. A tad one dimensional.

This bottle was at perfect maturity. Not minerally or layered, but not heavy or buttery either. Smooth and balanced with trace of tropical fruit. Easy to drink on its own but went especially well with pan grilled pork chops with bacon, brussel sprouts and sauteed spatzle. Drink now and over next 12 months.

deep golden in color. Looks much much older than one expects a four year old wine to look. One sniff was enough. That assessment was shared by other seasoned oenophiles. Equally advanced on the palate. Apparently prematurely oxidized chardonnay isn't only a French phenomenon. Very disappointing
