  Great CC Gran Selezione: sour cherry, leather, plum, soft oak, prune, medium body, chewy tannins, long dry red fruit finish.

  Ich fand den 2013er einfach nur großartig. Nun den 2012er geöffnet. Unmittelbar nach dem Einschenken macht sich kurz Enttäuschung breit, da mir eine unerwartete Sherrynote in die Nase weht. Mit der Zeit verfliegt diese aber vollständig und macht fein duftenden Aromen von Kirsche, Himbeere und Veilchen Platz. Am Gaumen wird die rote Kirsche immer intensiver und füllt den Mund mit wunderbarem Volumen aus. Zart und schwebend, sich nie marmeldig oder gar schwer präsentierend. Frisch, mit feiner Würze, filigraner Säure und dezenten Tanninen, die erst im langen, eleganten Nachhall ganz behutsam zupacken. Für meinen Geschmack hatte der 2013er insgesamt etwas mehr zu bieten. Trotzdem eine große Freude. Braucht viel Luft.
