Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): slight polished cedar, slight stalks, confected fruit and a little dusty spice, cream, vanilla….juicy, fruits is present married to stalks and grippy tannins. Though still a bit pointy everything travels long. Kind of nice. Time?

Red ruby colour, savoury cherry palate. I believe burgundy style with a little barnyard. Quite a plump palate, very enjoyable even if a little McDonaldsy.

Light almost pink under light. Fresh rose and cherry fruit on the nose. Light body but with a nice firm texture with long dry tannin showing clean fruit with a comfortable acid finish. Not overly complex but rewarding all the same
