Great mature burgundy nose. Palette is a little thin and not too long, but some nice developed red fruits. For €25 this is a solid deal for a 10 year old burgundy.

Let’s regard 2014 as a classical and accessible vintage. This is evidence. Also, it’s quite evolved, showing a wealth of secondary spice and mocha and shy, brambly sweet fruit. It’s been open 28 hours. Beautiful dry movements of branches, mushrooms, and peppered raspberries. Sweet natured, easy to like, limber. Lots of flavor. The finish resembles crushed orange hides, tobacco, goji, and little black seeds. 91 points.

Juicy tart red fruit (cherry, pomegranate) with a perfumed floral/spicy character like rose powder and slightly bitter barky spice, slight earthy funk. Aromatic, good (M+) acid, lean body but enough tannin for grip...this is a good quality Bourgogne rouge and feels like it will comfortably go another 5-10 years. I like the style, and for $33 I would probably buy again. ~6-6.5/10

Good earthy and fruity nose but probably a bit post peak - a little too thin and acidic in the mouth
