Nose: Deeply scented raspberry, dark cherry, leather and spice notes. Gamey herbs and an earthy core. Palate: The fruit has a dense / fresh quality to it. Packed an layered with cherry skin, raspberry tart, plum and turned soils. Finish: Excellent length. A lovely accompaniment to a tenderloin tartare.
This is a beautiful glass of Bourgogne Rouge

Very good Bourgogne, in a great drinking window. Not sure I’d wait too much longer but I’ve not had many better bourgognes

Not as fabulous as last experience. The floral side is weaker this time.
