Decanted straight from the fridge, possibly served a bit too cold. Nice creamy, golden delicious, slightly buttery nose. Well balanced on the palate, with some tropical fruit counterpoised with richer butterscotch and dough. Definitely lots of life left in it.

Medium yellow. Ripe apple and apple pie nose with modest oak. Medium body, fresh acid, round, depth of fruit and well concentrated. Really good today, and with a future.

This is lovely. More Old World than New, ripe and glossy notes of green apples, orange citrus, stone fruit are imbued by a glazed richness, juicy tension, and nervy acidity. Wisps of creme brûlée and hazelnuts add a layered complexity. Classy, moreish, and very impressive.
