  Beaucoup trop jeune, mais tout y est pour évoluer en cave.

  Long decant to allow to open up. Bright ruby in colour. Aromas of dark berries, potpourri, baking spices. Clean and not heavy on the aromas. Fresh.
  Nice ripe black cherries and blackberry fruit, liqueur ..... ripe berry depth and sweetness without being jammy. Very dry to slightly puckering tannins (but not excessive). Juicy acidity. Finishes with a nice mineral and tea note. Long finish. Overall is exceptional to drink, nice complexity that will continue to improve with age. Worth it.

  13% d'alcool
  Œil : opacité 5/10, forte viscosité, film légèrement coloré en parois
  Nez : projection initialement très retenue qui s'est ouvert un peu sur les 3 heures de consommation, demeurant par ailleurs repliée, fruits noirs rappelant la mûre, cendre, boisé noble, ferreux, minéral, épices compactes rappelant le poivre et paprika fumé, noix de muscade, végétal, l'ensemble est subtil et invitant
  Bouche : sec, ample, acidité rafraîchissante, tanins fins et charnus plus qui ne sont pas agressifs au premier contact avec la matière mais qui grappillent énergiquement en allonge et en fin de bouche, belle prise minérale, persistance moyenne+
  Conclusion : trop jeune à ce moment-ci, fort bon après un coup d'air, nous l'attendions plus profond mais il offre malgré tout un très très bel équilibre d'ensemble. Le millésime transparaît. À revoir dans le temps.
