  The bouquet is still reticent, but shows white fruits. On the palate grapy with fresh white fruits and good acidity. The alcohol shows a bit, but nevertheless a beautiful wine.

  Took about an hour to open up, very nice wine but was expecting alittle more from this bottle.

  UWS Leap year dinner (@ CdW and KvdK): Flowers and white fruits in the fresh bouquet. Same on the palate, good acidity and overall a beautiful wine.

  Cata 279 de la Penya La Verema. Último clasificado. 60% garnacha blanca, 20% clairette y 20% rousanne. Amarillo con algún destello dorado. Nariz tostada, toques de hierba seca, algo de fruta con hueso. En boca el ataque es bueno, el paso cremoso, con acidez media, toques de hinojo y bastante longitud.
