We waited a long time to drink this wine to see if the sugars would subside. Color was dark plum red. Decanted it for an hour. Paired well with a grilled steak. Tasted like cherry jam, not too sweet. Glad we waited to drink it.

This bottle tasted much better, lots of fruit and oak but not as overpowering as the last bottle.

No longer my style of wine, too sweet, too much oak. Drank one third of the bottle.

rather a pleasant drinker with grilled steak...but then it could have been the garlic that altered my taste buds!
