  醒酒一小时，成熟饱满且圆润的黑樱桃、黑莓等黑果，带有水果糖的质感，还有些阿尔卑斯糖以及淡淡的乌梅味，醒酒之后有一些很成熟的车厘子和覆盆子味，其中穿插着紫罗兰和紫玫瑰的香气，仿若零落的花，有些黯然的魅惑。中后段有点甘蔗的清甜，后段有些上扬，带有些许金属、烟熏、烟草、香料粉和淡淡的泥泞味。入口酒体比较硬朗，不算特别宽大，而整体平衡度和结构感不错，集中度高，酸度高挑，丹宁较多，但是细粉转光滑，慢慢在口腔铺开，颇为柔和。果味质量高，有层次感、工整协调且圆融，黑莓、黑樱桃、覆盆子、桑葚和野樱桃构成主调，果味后调还有些甘草梅和山楂味，略带绵沙。桶味合宜，香草奶昔、皮革、烟熏、烟草以及略带辛辣的香料，还有浸润其中的一些矿物感。
  
  慢慢醒酒之后，嗅觉中的果味会变得更加融合，干净但细腻地结合在一起，蓝莓酱的味道会明显一起，咸矿物浸润其中，把密度也提高了些。口中还是有一些硬朗感，的果味质地更好，成熟中带着通透的质感，和柔柔的花瓣交融在一起。新鲜薄荷、香料粉、甘草萦绕果味，细腻温柔。92/100

  Friday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Anne Gros & Méo-Camuzet (Vosne-Romanée): Barrel tasting at the domaine, served to us "blind" after tasting through many 2014s. Meaty and dense with mostly black fruit. More muscular than Boudots just tasted, with less spice. Certainly VG+ potential, but in need of more cellaring. I inaccurately thought this was Corton Rognet.
