  Cork was getting old, original cork before they switched to composite.
  
  Wine is young and vibrant, just starting to show a hint of age in color. Strawberries are still bright and the dominate flavor.
  
  Drink with hour decant or hold for 20 years.

  Upon opening, an aroma of red-fruited salinity pours from the glass. With time the nose picks up some complex forest floor notes. Lovely, delicate red and dark cherries on entry, framed by acid that gives nice lift through the mid-palate. The tannins dry things out gently and provide perfect balance to the fruit and acid. All in all, this wine presents with a silky mouthfeel and just a hint of mouth-watering chewiness through the long finish. Gets better and better with air. Fantastic stuff that I predict will develop and integrate for another half-decade, at least.

  It had a wonderful nose, perfect balance, nice acid, earth fruit combo. I could smell this one all night. Very light and almost delicate. Some say the acid would be good with food but I Like it solo. Drank with Chris and Brooke in OR.
