Baby Clarendon. Cherry, olive, tobacco, fennel nose -- intoxicating. Cherry, tomato, spice, kirsch, mocha, pomegranate, and ash palate. Wonderful mature flavors, but the fruit and tannins still dominate. Finish fires on all cylinders. Think this could go another decade, but slim odds of finding another bottle to find out..

Popped about 6 hours before drinking. No decant. Some very slight bricking colour, but no evidence of fading fruit. Notes of red cherry, kirsch, chocolate and spice box. Really nice. No noticable heat.

My impression mirrors that of Wadcorp. Surprisingly fresh and lively.
