Very good, big one perhaps past best, 14.5% alc. Colour: deep dusty black Bouquet: rich sweet Grenache fruit, dusty, spice Palate: as bouquet, very full bodied and rich, spicey dusty sweet fruit, but very dry long finish, good acid uplift, flavours of salted licorice, some charry oak, very alcoholic, very dry, big puckery tannins and slightly raw still. This drank very well, more like a GSM, with blackberry, earth, licorice and a meaty undertone. Very different than other candied, hot Aussie grenache I have had. Nice wine that is ready to go, but in no risk of fading.

Sort of the medium ruby red claret color. The nose is red berry/rassberry plus some peppermint and tiger balm. Some serious tannins in this wine. Did not really expeact that. Structure wise this wine has some time, but the fruit is in a really good place where it has lost its baby fat and is now into some secondary aromas.

Nice purple in the glass, signs of age. Dusty blueberries on the nose, Some dried bush, herbs. Cranberry in there. Nice light glycerin feel in the mouth, waves of fruit just builds up and goes righ across the palate, into solid solid finish. Great wall of flavor. Strawberries, tart cherries and blue fruit in there, more like boysenberry now. Tannins leather in there on the finish before it lingers nicely, 30+ seconds. This wine has caught me off guard, did not expect it to be so darn good.
