  Tasted blind. Mild reduction blows off quickly. Complete, youthful, floral, elegant, supple, marvellous inner peace, lifted and perfectly harmonious. Total silky finesse.

  After some time in the glass, a delicate nose of white flowers, freshly baked bread and white fruit, with a silky, luxurious mouthfeel and some grip and salty tang to the finish. The softly reductive notes on opening have blown off to reveal something quite elegant. Wonderful and entering prime drinking window.

  Delicately perfumed, harmonious and welterweight white Burgundy. Softly floral and very gently reductive on the nose, some phenolic grip on the palate despite the surprisingly gentle acidity. Suave and sleek... most attractive, and completely ready to drink.

  This is so pure and elegant with a crystalline texture and delicious cool fruit flavors of lemon/lime with a hint of mint. There is a wonderful sweetness of fruit on the backend with a delicate complexity showing notes of smoky minerals and limestone essence. Very fine. At Joe’s Stone Crab out of shit glassware.
