Look up the word ‘benchmark’ in the encyclopaedia, and you just might see a picture of this bottle. Doesn’t get more typical than this - golden yellow colour, citrus, and lemon on the nose, and lime, citrus pith, and orange peel, with elderflower and flint. Huge acidity, but very fresh - in great balance. This is a really lovely wine.
