Still fresh with just a touch of kerosene, the acid has softened significantly though and there's none of the slight spritz feel that young Riesling often has, so I would be drinking any more bottles of this soon if I had them as I think it'll start declining in a couple of years.

For a Clare Valley riesling, this is slightly different but you cannot mistake it for anything other than a Clare. Yellow with a green tinge, all good indicators that it is about approaching its prime.
Citrus, lime and floral are dominant on the palate and rather a round mouthfeel and not linear as some other rieslings from Clare. Minerals and salinity on the back palette. Still youthful but about to enter its drinking window.
Drink now or 7+ years.

Screwcap. Two bottles tasted; one bottle had a very slight kerosene note, the other had no petrol/kero note at all. Both were light in colour and tasted young. Full-bodied, with sweet fruit (lime, lemongrass), and good, structured acidity.

Mainly petroleum smells on nose, with a little lemon. Taste: Tart, firm metallic acidity, a little lemon. This is not a fruity riesling, but would be quite good with many foods.
