I held back 6 from the original case, wanting to follow the evolution. Surprised how young this looks in the glass. Beautiful pink rim moving to clear. The nose is red ripe cherries, spice, granite, ripe strawberries, young budding roses, mushroom dirt. On the palate barely ripe cherries, dry stone, very ripe strawberries. Med acid, med++ finish. Silky on the palate, very clean. This is a beautiful wine. Again the finish is so refreshing and cleansing. Pairing has got to be a perfect roast chicken or quail. I think I will target peak for this in 2/3 years if i can stay disciplined (I am not sure it will be better but just different! I wish I could go back in time and buy more. I should add I was not that enamored with this wine when it was young (the first six)...I found it slightly cloying.

This wine has been drinking spectacular the last three bottles I’ve had recently. It’s at a point where I don’t think it can improve, so why wait? More concentrated than it’s peers but still perfectly balanced is how I would describe it. Delicious like few other wines and why I seek out the best Beaujolais but this one is special.

Crazy value at <$15 from WTSO. Big-bodied for a Fleurie, yet not over the top. Drak, brooding with ripe (yet, importantly, not over-ripe) cherries and a hint of clove or similar. Fantastic wine with elevated Bistro fair. Can't wait for either the 2016 offering and/or a Prestige Cuvee from this house ("Tradition" usually indicates workhorse level...).

Not as vibrant as previous bottles I have had, this one needed time to wake up. Was better the next day. Still a lovely wine. Will be interesting to see if it's already on the decline or just entering a bit of an awkward phase.

Just starting to shut down. Wish I had some more to see where they went in a few years. Not nearly as 'wild' and herb filled as my last bottle. Still great though.
