Restaurant BTG purchase. Medium gold color. Youthful nose with medium minus aromas driven primarily by oak with hints of golden apple, peach, and white peach. Palate reflects medium flavors of tart peach, ripe golden apple, crisp pears, vanilla, and lots of oak. Medium alcohol, and medium plus body. Medium acidity is not enough to support more than a medium minus finish. Acceptable wine, but pretty simple in approach. Not much intensity or length, and clearly lacking in complexity. Drink now.

Bruised apple and pear and cream in the nose. Medium acid, plump yellow fruit, with vanilla and spice. Simple, straightforward but offers more than most chards in this price range.
