  • PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Medium golden to the eyes.

Mature citrus and yellow fruits. Sulphurous notes that is typical of this traditional style.

Paled in the face of the crazy Batard Montrachet tasted alongside.

    94 points.

  • Friday evening dinner at JAG at Duxton hill in Singapore. Beautiful golden Color. Oxidative nose, buttery, smoke, with a bit of citrus. Med- acidity, Med body, Med alcohol, med+ flavor intensity, Med+ finish. A smoky, buttery mouth, very dense and licory wine. It is 2020 and this has passed it s best time so you are evolving into an oxidative, thicker dessert like wine. I personally like that.

  • This was one of those wines which was seemingly at its absolute best. Perfect maturity, still freshness of youth, beautifully balanced and classy. Steely like minerality and generosity to boot made this one easy to appreciate. Shows complexity of 1er cru standard and extremely enjoyable.
