Medium gold. Acacia flower, dill oil and, once the wine warms, honey on the nose. Honey and anise with a velvety, oily richness in the mouth. The acid is just enough. This delicate wine has aged beautifully. The aftertaste lingers and is reminiscent of herbs and an empty glass of cognac.

Gourmetklubbens tjugofemte middag hemma hos P+A (Tema: Franskt möter Kubanskt) (Södermalm): Yellow color. Incipient maturity and hints of oak. Lovely acidic palate with a refined long and lovely finish. Drinking perfectly right now!

Yellow colour.
Good fruit and high acidity showing oranges, cream and grass. Nutty and buttery finish.
Perfect with the lemon and parsley grilled Salmon.
