Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Medium straw in color. The nose is clean, with ripe lemon, green apple, white flowers, with a note of wet stone. The nose is still youthful. No oak, all stainless steel. The acidity is medium to medium (+) and the alcohol medium (13%). The flavor intensity is medium (+) and there's a pleasant, crisp minerality and a nice phenolic bitterness on the medium to medium (+) long finish. This wine is essentially unchanged from a year ago and is still drinking quite well now. It is likely to show well at least through 2021, with proper cellaring. This is a crazy value at $12 and under.

Pale yellow color with excellent clarity. Peaches, apples, & mild herbs on the nose. Apple, peach, & lemon flavors. Slightly acidic, refreshing. Paired well with pasta in light tomato sauce, breaded eggplant, & bread dipped in olive oil/spice mix.

Perfect summer wine -- crisp, refreshing, very food friendly for a BBQ or summer picnic. Incredible QPR at the $11 point.

Still acidic, probably can still keep a few more years, otherwise pineapple notes on palate
