A heavier weighted white dessert wine, with flavors that evoke rich orange marmalade and sweet croissant, with a slightly bitter tang on the finish that keeps it interesting. I quite like this for the season.

Monthly Tasting Group HWS #042; Dessert wines (By IL): Marzipan, honey, raisins and some apricot in the bouquet. A lot of sweetness. A bit fat. Also some straw(?) in the finish. I am missing a good amount of acidity a bit.
