Deep golden color in the glass. Truly unique nose that you can only detect in the premium producers of Wachau Riesling - some kinda of smokiness, but not an oak type. It's like a smoked fish aroma complemented by firecrackers, burnt pineapple, green apple and baked peach. Powerful on the palate with a lot to give. Even at 12.5% this is an undervalued beast of a wine.

Not sure if this is premoxed or a bad bottle, but it was way more advanced than expected with not much pleasant going on.

Petrol nose. Lemon zest, oyster shell. Nice typicity. Missing a bit of acid and oomph in midpalate.
