The average age of the vines is 45 years. Red and dark berries, a lot of herbs and spices and fresh acidity and tannin and a good length. Young maturity stage now.

Beautiful bouquet with dark berries, garrigue and licorice. Same on the palate, good acidity and round tannin. Also a pleasant touch of sweetness. Tasty and lovely wine.

Very dissapointet. Bought a case of this at the vineyard. All flawed. Has a weird aftertaste of acid. Which means is has been oxidiced. Bought other wines which are fine. So it is not the trip home from France or our storage, that is to fault.

Much better on day 2. I like three day wine reviews approach to these young wines. This wine really needed some time. 24 hours of air really opened this up. Deep red berry fruits. Perfect balance with the fine grained tannins. The finish just goes on and one. Very nice.

Nice grippy tannins. Some tar and berry fruits. Good balance. Went nicely with a rich tomato cream sauce. Good balance. Medium + finish. Really starting to open up after 90 minutes of air.
