Pop and pour, this wine has really come together into a well-knitted finished package. Well rounded, slightly spicy, light and unsweet tropical fruit, a saline minerality with good acidity.

A little age has brought out the terroir in this Bandol Blanc. The fruit qualities in the nose lean towards the yellow citrus and pineapple side of things, but there's a distinctive saline minerality that's also present in Pibarnon's rose. The palate has moderate fuit, some density yet, and bright acidity. Not a lot of mineral grip on the palate, but there's probably another year of this holding before it begins to fade.

Pop and pour This wine is a mix of acidity and (the idea of) sweetness. This seems like a good food wine, and easy drinking. Overall, it is not terribly complex, or all that exciting to drink, but it does go down easily. 88-89

This is still drinking well. It's a nice Rhone white that goes great with food.

great white Bandol. Lots of structure and a refreshing finish. Tastes like it will last quite a few more years.
