Light yellow. This is initially pretty closed on the nose, but after being an open an hour or so it opened up with classic melon, pineapple, floral, and sea breeze notes - remarkably similar to Pibarnon's rose (minus the pineapple). The palate is medium-full (14.5%), but without any sense of fatness or glycerine. Still refreshing and bright despite the obvious ripeness. This seems like a very successful vintage for this wine.

Plenty of fruit, spice, local character, has potential; tasted over several days, only gets better. Bright acidity to go a long with the richer notes. #Kandestederne

This is a bad wine. It should not be bad considering the grape and region.
