Great backbone, acidity, and saltiness. This is light, bright, and crunchy, with very cool floral, zesty, citrus oil type notes. They're clearly going for purity and complexity above all else.

Powerful and quite acidic on the palate, with layers of biscuit, petrol, citrus. Needs a bit of time to integrate.

Bright, crisp, with a lemon tang.

Pale lemon. Ripe melon, apple, white flowers such as jasmine, lime glowers. On the palate, there is pear and peach.
This wine is 50% clairette, 30% bourboulenc and 20% other grape varieties.
Tasted at the Chateau.
