  Starting to come into its own. On opening it was tight and tannic, but after an hour it really started to sing. Day 2 even softer on the palate, though some of the etherial fruit on the nose subsided (as happens). Absolutely no rush on this one, but I'd recommend a vigorous decant if you're going to open now.

  와인 얘기를 하다보면 천지인이 중요하다고 하지만 그중에 으뜸은 인, 즉 생산자라는 얘기를 많이들한다.
  이 얘기를 솔직히 말하면 믿지 않았는데 뒤가피를 마셔보니 맞을 수도 있겠단 생각을 해본다.
  코에서는 무슨 버섯인지 모르겠지만 버섯같은 향이 나기 시작하고, 시간이 지나도 이 향이 사라지 않는다.
  입에서는 구조감이 단단하여 쉬이 부서지지 않으며 과실향이 하늘하늘하게까지 느껴진다.
  탄닌도 실키하고, 산도도 적당해서 굳이 음식이 필요없을듯한 맛이었다.

  This bottle was in an extremely awkward phase. Not sure if it was because it had just shipped (shame on me) or it's just shut down, but I'll wait at least a year before trying another. Even on the third day it was still shut down.

  Way too young so clearly a mistake to open this wine now. However curiosity beckoned. Light Ruby red and translucent throughout the body of the wine. Nose of red and blue berries, perfume, smoke, candied raspberries. Lacks depth mid palate but that is probably due to its youth. Some rusticity mid palate, lots of exuberant red and blue fruits, and a sweetish tannic finish. Not overly complex. Enjoyable with food at this stage. I would wait 5 - 10 years before retrying.
