  Nose shows mature cab notes of graphite and cedar, surprised this is 60% merlot. On palate it’s quite simple and light with sandy tannins. Not much fruit showing.

  Smells of warm spice, dry sausage, and cedar. Lovely, dark and rich on the palate. Even better after being open fya couple of days. Have it with cheese.

  Earthy, fresh and fruity. After 8 years still some noticeable hints of fresh red fruits. Also a more dark fruity-note with earthy and eucalyptus finish. Very pleasant and complex after 30-60mins breathing, nice round tannins. Great development and still one bottle left. Curious to see it develop. Ready to drink.
