Flowers and mint kick things off before getting to all the ripe, currants, earth, smoke and espresso notes. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, soft textured and energetic with a nice blast of fresh red fruits and chocolate in the endnote. Drink from 2024-2036.

91 vvPunkte (14%, 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot, 14%, verkostet im Dezember 2021 in Windisch). Leuchtendes Rubin. Intensiv duftende Nase, viele Kräuter, florale Töne, Kirschen, reife Himbeeren, würzige Noten, dahinter Kieselstein. Der Auftakt ist kräfitig, noch leicht vom Holz geprägt, dahinter findet man eine satte, reife Frucht, merklich reifes Tannin und eine wohl dosierte Säure, der Wein hat einen mittleren bis kräftigen Körper, ist natürlich noch jugendlich aber für einen St-Estèphe erstaunlich zugänglich. Im Abgang mit sehr guter Länge und einem fruchtig-würzigen Finale. Guter Wert! 2023-2035 vvWine.ch

Deep in color, with layers of sweet, concentrated, fleshy, ripe, dark juicy fruit, with round tannins and freshness that lingers. 91-93 Pts
