  From glass. Lean, savory, and astringent. Fine of flavor and texture. Bartender said this wine was on its third day, and wasn't getting the sense that there was a lot of tannin blockage. Concede that some more open version of this glass would have impressed me more, but what I drank didn't.

  Wanted to love it, but didn't. Found it muted and unbalanced. It provided some savory pleasure with the food, but really didn't deliver on any level. It could be because I didn't decant and only opened the bottle and left it open for an hour or so.
