Very good QPR, decent structure, nice acidity makes it a good food wine. Get a little fruit/roundness on the back end. Pulled the cork in the morning for dinner and decanted when we started cooking and it was coming around by the time we started eating.

Even more color than some Barolos I have sampled from the vintage. Nose of nebbiolo with dried cherry and orange peels. Plenty of fruit for this kind of wine, accompanied by medium acids and some tannins. All in all, this is a well-balanced wine lacking only in oak, if one prefers such an influence. A product of the large Terre del Barolo coop and a super value of $15 from wtso.com.

Mid:full bodied, spicy with notes of red cherry, fine firm tannins, abundant acidity, and a lingering finish. Consistent TN over two times I've had this. Best to decant this over night if drinking now.

Good. Light ruby in color. Light to medium bodied, fruity with nice acidity. It feels like a low-mid pinot noir and hits many of the same notes.
